The RTM event is a family-friendly festival that includes hiking, running, and mountain biking challenges, on some of Kimberley, BC's unique single track. Come for the races, stay for the kids activities, music, food, and beer garden.

​

Hosted by the Kimberley Trails Society, Kootenay Orienteering Club, and the Kootenay Freewheelers' Cycling Club.

 

All races finish at the Nordic Centre so there will be lots of action to check out!

• 10:45 AM Half Marathon Bike Start

Event Parking 

• Limited parking is available at the Kimberley Nordic Centre.

• For Overflow Parking Kimberley Alpine Resort are kindly allowing us to use the upper / Maintenance area parking lot. From here it is a short 500m pedal / walk to the Nordic Centre.

Getting Here

From Radium Hot Springs, Invermere, Fairmont Hot Springs:

From the North take Highway 95a into Kimberley. At the traffic lights go straight and follow the road for the next 3km up the hill. Go straight past the Alpine Resort entrance. At the next intersection stay left and follow the road for the next few hundred meters up to the Kimberley Nordic Centre.

From USA, Creston, Fernie, Cranbrook, Marysville:

From the North take Highway 95a into Kimberley. At the traffic lights go left and follow the road for the next 3km up the hill. Go straight past the Alpine Resort entrance. At the next intersection stay left and follow the road for the next few hundred meters up to the Kimberley Nordic Centre.
