RTM events sell out before the closing date, be sure to register early to guarantee your spot.  

Registration closes June 1st, 2026.​

Every event registration includes:

• Race Registration

• Racer Bib

• Timing Chip (Trek and Kids Pack not included)

• Aid stations and finish line stocked with: water, sports drink, fruit, energy foods & snacks
  (please bring a refillable bottle)

• Reusable cup for use at the festival

• Eligibility for Awards

• Lots of fun!

A few important dates:

• December 20, 2025 - Early Bird Registration begins, there are a limited number of early bird spots available.

• February 1, 2026 - Early bird pricing ends unless early bird spots are sold out before.

• April 15, 2026 - Regular pricing ends.

• May 31, 2026 - Deadline for all refunds and transfers

• June 1, 2026 - On-line registration closes at midnight (if not sold out beforehand)

• June 19, 2026 - Competitor Check-in & Waiver Signing - Kimberley Platzl Gazebo 

• June 20, 2026 - Round the Mountain Festival

Transfers & Refunds

• Registration transfers will be available until May 31st (Please be patient)

• Refunds will be available upon request until May 31st, and will be cost of registration less any system fees (Please be patient)

• There will be NO REFUNDS or registration transfers available after May 31st

• Deferral requests will be provided for injuries only, and must be accompanied by documentation

All participants must also sign a waiver when picking up their race package; parents/guardians will need to sign a waiver for their child aged under 18.​
